AN ANGRY NIGERIAN

After watching 'The Candidate' yesterday, I dismissed every doubt that BUHARI IS THE ONLY PROBLEM NIGERIA HAS. This is the man we handed over our future. A man that could not answer a single question. A man that publicly defended corruption. Do you know what it means for a President to say that a criminal caught in a tape is innocent? Your President said that Ganduje's video must have been made with a special technology. He defended Babachir, the 200 million naira grass cutter. Tell yourself the truth, will you permit Buhari to be the Head Teacher in a Primary School where your kids attend? Will you ever visit such a man for a fatherly advice? Yesterday, Buhari was debating with himself and still making no sense; getting everything wrong and couldn't answer a single question correctly without Osinbajo interpreting and answering for him. Is this the man that will rule me for another 4 years? Is this the man that is leading the most populous black man's nation...

Justice Onnoghen Is A Genius, Buhari and Cronies Are No Match

Image
Justice Onnoghen Is A Genius,  please read this, Buhari and Cronies Are No Match I told you some people went to read law in the University  while some others went to the University to study law. Read and learn from our erudite CJN. Am proud of this man Onnoghen: A Learned Defence of Justice of Nigeria after his arrest. - January 13, 2019 " I just want to point out a few matters in relation to alleged false declarations and statements by Public Officers. The Fifth Schedule of the 1999 Constitution which provides for the Code of Conduct for Public Officers has two relevant paragraphs. (a) Paragraph 3 prohibits a Public Officer from operating an account outside the Country. It does not prohibit operating an account in foreign currency in Nigeria. Accordingly there is nothing wrong with opening and operating a domicillary account. (b) Paragraph 11 mandates a Public Officer to declare all his properties, assets and liabilities every 4 years and at the end of his ten...

The Chief Justice seems badly wounded

Image
The hounds who went after him have left a gaping wound in his torso. The Chief Justice cannot limp on. You can call them scoundrels. I will agree with you. They didnt come to fight for justice. They have political motives. They are utterly unscrupulous. But they knew their game. They didnt come to legally indict hm. They know he would seek refuge in the fortress of the  legal technicality of a prior indictment by the NJC. But they know he controls the NJC. But they also know that when a chief judge hides under such a technicality to escape the a full open legal inquiry then he is morally mortally wounded. The allegations are damaging. And no one seems to be denying them. They have published his accounts. He will find funny excuses why he paid those monies in that manner on the same day. But we know the truth. He forgot to declare his assets when he should. He would also make light of that. But he is not a lousy politician.  He knows that  forgetfulness c...

THE CHARGES AGAINST THE CJN ARE ILLEGAL

Image
On January 13, 2019, the nation was informed of a pending six count charge against the Honourable Chief Justice of Nigeria, Honourable Justice Walter Onnoghen, before the Code of Conduct Tribunal. It is expected that the CJN will be arraigned on Monday January 14, 2019. The basis of the charge is alleged failure by the CJN to declare his assets. 1. By section 36 (4) of the 1999 Constitution, a citizen who is charged with a criminal offense must be taken to the appropriate forum with the requisite jurisdiction to try the offense, be it a court of law, a tribunal or such other quasi judicial organ. 2. By section 153 (1) (i) & (2) of the 1999 Constitution, the National Judicial Council (NJC) was established for the Federation of Nigeria. 3. By Paragraph 20 (b) of Part 1 of the Third Schedule to the 1999 Constitution, the NJC shall “exercise disciplinary control over” all judicial officers, including the CJN. 4. The NJC being a quasi judicial organ established by the Cons...

PDP AND APC DEADLY CLASH IN ILORIN KWARA STATE .

Image
At least two persons were seriously injured, vehicles damaged as thousands fled the scene. Nigerian Police Force confirmed the attack in a statement by spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, affirming that PDP thugs went on the rampage in Ilorin, Kwara and disrupted a rally being held by the All Progressives Congress. This was contrary to the impression created by Senate President Bukola Saraki on Friday that it was the APC members that were attacking his family home and supporters. “As we speak, the situation report from Kwara State Police Command was that the APC holding a Governorship campaign rally at Agbaji in Ilorin came under a sudden attack by suspected PDP thugs, who disrupted the rally, damaged five vehicles and some Keke Napep and wounded two innocent people”, police spokesman Jimoh Moshood said. “The family house of the Senate President was not attacked as being peddled in some social media”, Moshood added. The APC governorship candidate, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak confi...

NO DIVISION IN THE PDP- EKWEREMADU

Image
My attention has been drawn to the orchestrated attempts by some characters to create the impression of a divided house in Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the coming presidential election. Such characters dish out fake and divisive stories without source on a daily basis and attribute same to me. While I refuse to be distracted by such cheap blackmail, smear campaign, and extreme propaganda, it is important to reassure our supporters that the PDP is united and focused on wresting power from the All Progressives Congress, APC. After the PDP lost the presidency and majority status at the National Assembly in 2015, I made it clear that I would stand by the party, no matter what. It took other party stakeholders and I a lot of efforts, sacrifices, soul-searching, and painstaking negotiations to hold the party together and rebuild it. If I did not abandon the PDP at its darkest hour, it does not make the slightest sense to say that I abandoned it now that its sun is rising aga...
