Ehime Ehijator Isibor, an African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship aspirant for the 2028 Edo State election, has condemned the reported attack on the convoy of Kenneth Imasuangbon and Hon. Herberta Inemezele Okonofua, the ADC senatorial candidate for Edo Central Senatorial District. Isibor described the incident as disturbing and unacceptable in a democratic society, warning that political disagreements must never degenerate into violence or threats to human life. The attack, reportedly carried out by hoodlums believed to be affiliated with the ruling party, nearly claimed the lives of two members of the convoy, who sustained gunshot injuries during the incident.
