PROCEEDINGS AFTER THE BREAK.
The 8th witness (2RW48) ,Mr. Albert Ehimekpen is from Esan West LGA and was cross examined with exhibit PO 345(4), PO 04(164).
Kemi Pinheiro (SAN) counsel to the petitioner asked the registrar to give the witness PO 345(4), open to page 287,item 19, please is that your photograph? The witness answered Yes.
Counsel to PDP, please confirm if there is any ticking to the right, he said Yes.
The counsel went further, please confirm if there are no tickings to the left, the witness said there was none.
Counsel to the petitioner added, but the PDP ward collation agent (PW86) asserted that in unit 1,8,4 that there was no accreditation, do you disagree? No but I do stand by my written deposition that there was accreditation.
Still Caught lying ,he was still saying there was proper accreditation, what a shame!

The 9th witness (2RW49), Mr. Uzor Joseph from Esan west, is a farmer and was cross examined with exhibit PO 182(3).
Under cross examination of this witness, it was also discovered that the witness doesn't know the date of the 2016 gubernatorial election were he functioned as a polling unit agent.
When asked to tell the court the meaning of Over-voting as stated in his desposition, the witness said "it's when the people accredited is lower than the vote sheet".
The counsel to PDP again referred the witness to paragraph 11 of his desposition and told him he used the word "authenticate" 4 times, please can you tell the court the meaning of that word "authenticate"? The witness replied, in his words "That grammar should be breakdown"

The 10th witness (2RW50) for the 2nd respondent is Mr. Lucky Odigie from Esan West LGA
In the course of his cross examination, it was discovered that the witness doesn't know what the tickings on the right hand side of the voters register stands for.
Isn't this an embarrassment to Obaseki and the APC, how can a polling unit agent make sure comment under oath?
