NIGERIA NOW WHAT IS NEXT ??

The current situation in Nigeria 🇳🇬 has shown that Nigerians are capable of standing up for their rights just like any other nation in the world   the issues in Nigeria went out of hand as the state of corruption and extortion went well above  acceptable and considerable limits.
You cannot live in a nation where most of the basic institutions are out of control and being mismanaged by people put there to oversee affairs. Our electoral system has been battered and stolen million are being invested by aspirant to acquire power , millions of naira are used to compensate aspirants to make them step down from elections all over the country . This has made a complete mess of our national electoral process and thus less is expected from candidates that win elections.  Painfully the process now is that when you win elections here you are not yet guaranteed your vied office as your opponents now seek legal processes to upturn election results. Now we ask is INEC not capable of conducting a credible election?? Is the legal system now used to undermine INEC and the ability of the institution to perform its duties ? .
The fact is that you can have thousands of votes in your favor but you really have not won yet as a judge is waiting for your case in any of the states in the federation to finally give you the last magic vote or judgment to see you through . This is frustrating and more monies are wasted here to ensure your final victory in the court this trend has gone so deep in out system and made caricature of our democracy.
The security institutions are also not left out of the massive corruption and misuse of office as they collect monies from all parties contesting and therefore fail to ensure security during elections as expected.  The recent issues of SARS in the country was timely as the misconduct of that outfit went hyperbolic and the innocent killings after extortion became unbearable.  They openly demand for monies from their victims and even follow them to atm machines to empty the victims account . Some even go about with POS machines for quick collection of monies from victims . They go about harassing and intimidating Nigerians daily and killing any person perceived to resist demands they make. The younger generation has indeed suffered from this menace and this has made them to stage a nation wide protest to call the attention of the government and entire world.

The blame here goes to their team leaders as in this country as a policeman you need to pay up to 500k to get drafted to SARS. Where on earth is our police force heading as their superior officers in charge has encouraged this outrageous indecipline in our security system because of the returns they mandate younger officers to bring to their table. This indeed is a huge shame.

The government also made some mistakes in trying to stop the protests quickly even after accepting some of the demands of the protesters they hurriedly needed the protests to stop and this made no sense as they have allowed the problems to exist for years without doing nothing but couldn't stand a protest for 2 weeks   this is the height of insensitivity to the citizens of this country.
We however appeal to Nigerians to stay back and watch if the promises made will be implemented.
It is now politicians are saying yes we support you because they perceived serious treat to themselves and their properties. Where have they being all this while. Nigeria has capable citizens but hopeless and corrupt leadership spread across the entire nation . Not even to blame the president so much but the blames falls on the senators and house of reps members that have been docile and sleeping on duty , their major interest is to fight for leadership of the house where monies can be stolen soon after inauguration. WAKE UP NIGERIA.
