HEALTH AND FITNESS ADVICE FOR 10 MINS PER MORNING

These are some exercise tips that can  make you look like this

1: 10 squats daily

2: 20 jumping jack

3: 20 calf rises

4: 10 sit ups

5: 30 rope skip

Note: You wanna be fit not punished so don't go too hard on your self
           Do it as an hobby and not a job
           And be the best you can be
