Analysis of Obaseki’s WAEC result and Ize-Iyamu’s Law School certificate
Urhokpota Reporters can authoritatively disclose that the APC candidate, Mr Godwin Obaseki, actually attended Eghosa Anglican Secondary School in 1973 and obtained three credit passes and one distinction.
However he failed Mathematics, English, Literature, Government and Economics.
One begins to wonder how he got admission into the prestigious University of Ibadan to study Classics when he did not have either the prerequisite five credit passes or even credit passes in English and in Literature.
Below is the analysis of Obaseki’s WAEC result.

To study Classical Studies at Ibadan, one is required to have a credit pass in English language and in Literature in English or obtain five credit passes at one sitting.
The Godwin Obaseki’s certificate has raised questions about the claims by Mr Obaseki that he was admitted into the prestigious University of Ibadan to study Classical Studies.
He did not obtain the minimum 5 credit passes at one sitting or even got the mandatory credit passes in English language or English literature to qualify for admission.
There is no record that Obaseki attempted A-Levels, or GCE as he claimed he was admitted into U.I. in 1973, the same year he failed WAEC abysmally!
Conversely, Urhokpota Reporters was able to investigate the veracity of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu’s Call to Bar.
Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was called to the Nigerian Bar on the 23rd October 1987.
You can find this information in ‘Belgore’s Judicial Pronouncements & The Legal Profession by Geoffrey O. Oputa at page 867 under Lawyers Called to the Bar (1886-2004).
There you will find the name:
Ize, Iyamu Osagie Andrew as no 11877 on the List.
